Getting to Banff
When flying to Alberta, the nearest airport to Banff, is the Calgary International Airport (airport code YYC)
From the Calgary Airport, the hotel the Fairmont Banff Springs is roughly 1 hour and 45 minutes by motorized vehicle. There are a few options available to get to Banff from the airport.
1) Delegates can rent a vehicle from the airport. When renting a vehicle, please note the following additional expenses:
a) Each vehicle will also need to purchase a National Park Pass when entering Banff. They can be purchased when entering the park or in advance at https://www.banfflakelouise.com/park-pass-purchase
b) When staying in Banff, many hotels charge a daily parking fee. Delegates should check with their hotel of choice to clarify this cost.
2) Delegates may also choose to book 3rd party transportation to and from Banff.

Please note that cancellations will be accepted prior to January 31, 2025 and are subject to a $75 administration fee.
After January 31, 2025, no refunds will be made available, however delegates would be permitted to send a colleague in their place.
